Terms

Last updated October 24, 2026.

These terms apply when you use unodux.com or buy from UNODUX. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy, Returns and Shipping policies.

Who we are

UNODUX is a clothing brand based in Laredo, Texas. You can reach us at [email protected].

Made to order

Most pieces are printed or made after you order them. That is why we can offer them without waste, and it is also why our return policy is limited to the cases described on the Returns page.

Products and images

We work to show every piece accurately. Colors can vary slightly between screens and between print runs, and placement can vary by a small amount from piece to piece. Some imagery on this site, including campaign and model photography, is digitally created to show how a piece is worn; the printed design, color and garment shown match what we sell. Pieces marked as concepts are designs in development and are not for sale.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price was listed in error, if an item becomes unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Because production starts quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of ordering; write to us right away.

Intellectual property

The UNODUX name, marks, designs, artwork, photographs and site content belong to UNODUX. Buying a piece does not give you the right to reproduce its design. Please do not copy or resell our artwork without written permission.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, UNODUX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
